The Upper School is headed by its own principal, Ms. Julia Leon
The Upper School
Covers seventh to twelfth grades, corresponding to Middle and High School in the U.S. system.
- Follows a standard United States curriculum,
- Is designed to prepare students for admission to a college
- Is taught by a team of eight Upper School Faculty including the principal

Introduces non-Spanish speakers to the Spanish language
Ms. Julia has been with Equity for nine years teaching courses in grammar, writing, and TOEFL testing preparation.
Ms. Julia received a Bachelor’s Degree from Hood College in Maryland and a Master’s degree in Social Science from Azusa Pacific University in California with courses and seminars in Psychology, Teaching and Counseling .
